Gas panel production

As a new package manufacturer for hydrogen filling stations, Turbolub was recently equipped with new tools for gas panel production:

• A coning and threading machine for manufacture of high pressure tubes
• A bench test in order to perform pneumatic tests up to 1100 bar
• A portable data acquisition to record test values

The training of the operators dedicated to these products as well as the implementation of the associated tests : cleaning, helium tightness test with leak detector, allow us to propose today our skills for many kinds of high pressure projects.
