Nuclear welding

Turbolub welding skills have recently developed into new qualifications allowing to meet requirements of French nuclear standard RCC-M level 2.

Besides the new welding qualifications available, a welding technologist IWT assures the respect for the requirements required for welding according to ISO 3834-2. A new place specially fitted out was also set up to assure a manufacturing separated from the other products.

Non-destructive examination test (dye penetrant and X-ray) are provided by an external specialist and authorized laboratory. Dimensional test is also performed before final inspection.

Due to these new qualifications, Turbolub can propose welding on small piping lines made of 304 or 316 stainless steel, flange connectors…
